Penang Hill is one of the oldest colonial hill station in Malaysia. A hill resort ocated in Air Itam and very well connected from Georgetown. It provides a bird’s eye view of the entire island. The cable car that takes you to Penang Hill runs on the funicular railway which was built by the British between 1906 and 1923 ensures some of the amazing views so this is something you simply cannot miss. Also known as the Flagstaff hill, this one is a popular tourist attraction because of its comparatively cooler weather with an elevation of 833m (2,723ft) above sea level and the serene environment.
The idea of street painting in Georgetown was a massive hit as tourist poured in from all over the world to see some of the beautiful street- art that has been ever created. The subtle art inspired by the thoughts of Lithuanian artist Ernest Zacharevich have captured the minds of many and you would not want to miss it if you are crazy about art and design.
